Candidates who have an active real estate license in another state have to take only the State Portion of the New Hampshire exam, provided you took the entire exam (national and state) in another state.
(However, NH doesn't accept Maine Sales Agent; only Maine Broker)

1. Register for NH State specific portion only of the examination through PSI. School Code for Recognition Reciprocity is #9999. The NH Real Estate Commission no longer accepts Exam Registration Forms or payments for examinations. For all questions and support regarding Examinations, please contact PSI.

NH centers are located in Concord, Manchester, Nashua, and Portsmouth; but you can take the exam at another out-of-state assessment location if this is more convenient for you. Computerized exam results are provided immediately upon completion of the examination.
